2011 AFC–NFC Pro Bowl will be the NFL's all-star game for the 2010 season. Pro Bowl will take place at 7:00 p.m. EST on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii. The AFC defeated the NFC last season 41-34 with Matt Schaub collecting MVP honors. NFC is currently a slim 1.5-point favorite.

The Pro Bowl has rivaled to its island home, a place where many players thought it should never left. NFL's contract with Hawaii's Aloha Stadium expired, and commissioner Roger Goodell reviewed several options of locations for the Pro Bowl. Eventually, it was decided that the 2010 Pro Bowl would be played at Sun Life Stadium in Miami, Florida where Super Bowl XLIV would be held.

Philip Rivers or Peyton Manning get the start at QB for the AFC. NFC lineup will contain QB Michael Vick, RB Michael Turner, WRs Roddy White and Calvin Johnson, and TE Jason Witten. Goodell also decided the Pro Bowl would be played before Super Bowl XLIV after "looking at alternatives to strengthen the Pro Bowl. Ratings were up for the AFC-NFC matchup that was televised on ESPN.

2011 Farmers Insurance Open is underway at Torrey Pines in La Jolla, California. Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson are making their 2011 entrances on the PGA Tour.


Tiger Woods his just five of 14 fairways but hit 15 greens on the North through one round. Sunghoon Kang, South Korea who had never played a PGA Tour event until this year, handled the North Course with 8-under 64. Tiger Woods had few complaints, except for the shots he left above the hole and the putts he didn’t make. Tiger Woods has won seven times as a pro at Torrey Pines, the most of any course he has played.
